Billy is an amazing trainer, always checking in on you and tailoring the best exercises to suit your needs. He pays attention to form and finds the most effective (and safe) way to do things. I started training with Matt about 3 months ago because I just couldn’t take the lower back pain anymore. I’d give 10 out of 10 if I could. Matt is simply awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable. He keeps you accountable without out the guilt trips and shame. He understands the struggle. He’s a personal trainer for the entire family!
