



At Primal Fit Miami, our Small Group Training classes give you the best of both worlds: the energy of a group and the personalized attention of a certified coach. This isn’t your typical bootcamp or crowded franchise-style class where no one knows your name. Here, you’re working out in a tight-knit community where your coach knows your goals, fitness level, and health history — and leads you to make safe progress.
Our small group personal training sessions run five days a week and two classes on Saturdays, making it easy to fit your training around a busy schedule. Classes are designed for all ages and abilities — from young athletes to seniors who need to stay active and strong.
The majority of members drive from nearby neighborhoods since they enjoy the private, community-oriented training environment that large gyms cannot provide.

It’s a coach-led session with 6–10 people, combining individualized attention with the energy of a group class. Each session is adapted to your fitness level and goals.
Unlike large gym classes, our coaches know each member by name and customize workouts one at a time. You’ll never be “just another face in the crowd.”
Not at all! Our program is designed for all levels — whether you’re starting from scratch, returning from a break, or already active. Each exercise can be adjusted to your current level.
Most members work out 3–5 times a week to see the optimal results, but our flexible schedule means you can start with less and build up over time.
